Project description

The new IntercityHotel Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Süd, built by CA Immo, opened very close to Frankfurt’s main railway station at the end of 2018. The hotel is the brand’s new “flagship”. It has 400 rooms, six conference rooms, a bar and a restaurant. Concurrent with the construction of the hotel, CA Immo also built a new long-distance bus station on the site for Frankfurt, which has a total of 14 long-distance bus platforms.

In this project, we were commissioned for all building services and technical equipment, covering everything from the initial assessment to the tender preparation for the hotel as well as for the public service areas of the bus station.
