Project description
IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof, built by CA Immo, is situated on Washingtonplatz and is within sight of the government quarter and the Federal Chancellery. Its location means it is served superbly by Berlin’s local public transport system as well as the national rail network. This eight-storey building is designed as an upper midscale hotel and has around 410 rooms.
It was the first hotel building ever to be awarded the platinum certificate of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The property has a gross floor area of 19,800 m² with parking for around 70 vehicles.
We were commissioned with the initial assessment for all building services and technical equipment through to the awarding of the contract.
